Truth is always exclusive &#8211; otherwise, it cannot be truth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preach a popular, relevant and spectacular gospel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deny the miracles of Jesus, that he was born from a virgin, that the physically rose from the dead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamper with the sexuality and marriage &#8211; amongst others that marriage is a life-long covenant between one man and one wife.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not talk about sin and give it other names.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not proclaim a gospel where it is necessary for people to be born again in order to be reconciled with God.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preach a gospel about heaven, but never tell people about the reality of hell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preach a \u201cprosperity\u201d gospel, but do not tell people that those who won&#8217;t follow Jesus will surely suffer in this world and to follow Christ also involves dying to self and persecution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preach a \u201cbloodless\u201d gospel so as not to upset people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Succumb to the pressure of the world to give science high ground to the extent that science starts to dictate and decide what is truth and whatnot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you want to be an irrelevant Christian, do the following:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[13],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-928","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-quotes"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/928","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=928"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/928\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1399,"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/928\/revisions\/1399"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=928"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=928"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/disciple4.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=928"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
